Can the accessories from the website shop be customised?

Yes!
My shop creations are ready and waiting to be worn down the aisle, but they are also customisable so please do get in touch if you’d like me to make any tweaks.

How do I know which hair accessory would be best for my chosen hair style?

My headpieces are wonderfully flexible and can be worn in a variety of different ways, so if you’ve got your heart set on a particular hairstyle, you can count on a ‘Claire Austin’ piece to complement it perfectly. Each and every design can also be worn with or without a veil, so the choice really is yours! Please feel free to send me a message if you want to discuss the best option for your hair style.

What postage option would you recommend? 

I would advise choosing the Royal Mail 'Special Delivery' option at checkout as this is a premium service and will be tracked the whole way on its journey to you. 

Do you post outside the UK?

Yes!
If you are ordering from outside the UK please check if you will be required to pay customs fees and if there are any delays. If you cannot see your country/region or it says 'Sorry, we don't deliver to your area.' on the postage options, please send me a message and I will see if it is possible.
